Royal Mail & Signed For Services are not guaranteed and can take several days during busy periods.

      Packaging

      All items will be packaged using appropriate protective materials such as bubble bags, stiffener card, thick card envelopes or card boxes. Valuable items will be sent using a trackable service.


      UK Dispatch Time

      All orders placed Wednesday - Friday before 1:00 PM (GMT / BST) will usually be dispatched on the same day. (Wed - Fri only, Saturday - Tuesday orders will be dispatched from Wednesday)


      UK Estimated Time of Arrival

      UK Royal Mail 24 First Class normally arrives next working day (24 hours).

      UK Royal Mail 48 Tracked normally arrives within two working days (48 hours).

      UK UPS Standard Tracked normally arrives next working day.

      Unfortunately, we are currently unable to estimate arrival time of orders. This will vary depending on the demands and conditions in your local area. If orders have not arrived within stated delivery times please contact us for more information.

      Please note that you'll be responsible for costs of redelivery if an order is not received for reasons beyond our control, for example due to an incorrect address being provided or it not being collected from the sorting office.

      If you suspect that your order is lost, please note that orders can not be claimed for as lost until 15 working days after dispatch for UK deliveries (30 working days after dispatch for international deliveries).

      Forwarding Addresses / Companies

      We do not ship to forwarding addresses or companies. Any orders placed via forwarding addresses or companies will be cancelled. If you require delivery to a location not included in our standard options please contact us to arrange direct shipping.


      Combined Shipping

      If you already have a pre-existing order with us and would like to place another order and combine shipping with your pre-existing order you can do so at checkout for your new order by selecting to collect instead of paying for shipping and leaving a note at checkout to say you'd like to combine shipping.
